Report an error in the report or on the site, a security problem, or ask a question. This form is the only way to contact us.

Do not paste genotypes, the contents of your DNA test file or report, or health information into the message. To describe an error, the name of the report section and what is wrong with it is enough.

What is stored

• The message text, the contact (if you gave one) and the date it was sent — without the time.
• Your connection address (IP) is not stored with the message. For the limit (at most 5 messages per hour from one address) the server keeps an irreversible tag of the address in memory — for at most an hour, for IPv6 networks at most a day.

The message will be read by the owner of the service. Sending this form is the only request on the site that sends data to the server: only what you typed into the fields above (see “How to check that your file stays with you”).
